Welcome to SPF Foothealth. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments may take place either at the client’s home or at The Gym Group, Shirley, Southampton, Hampshire.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

Rescheduling must also be requested at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time.
2. Client Information and Data

Personal and medical information provided to SPF Foothealth will be handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Client data may be securely stored for up to 7 years in compliance with healthcare record-keeping requirements.

3. Consent and Communication

Client consent is required before contacting a General Practitioner (GP) regarding any health concerns.

In the event of an emergency, client consent is also required to contact a nominated next of kin.
4. Limitation of Liability
SPF Foothealth provides professional foot health care services in accordance with industry standards. However, SPF Foothealth cannot be held responsible for any outcomes resulting from the withholding of relevant medical information by the client.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
